The 2022 vintage had a mild winter followed by dry and mild conditions for Summer. Due to the slow ripening pattern both red and white grape varieties showed intense colour, aroma and concentrated flavours while achieving perfect tannin ripeness.

Machine harvested fruit was destemmed, crushed, and fermented with cultured yeast in a closed fermenter, with gentle pump-overs to manage extraction. After extended skin contact, it was pressed, matured 20 months in French barriques for malolactic fermentation, then blended, filtered, and bottled.
