The colour is a medium straw, bursting with nectarine, citrus blossom, toast and flinty/smoky oak. Crisp nectarine features on the palate with underlying mealy/nougat flavours, mineral drive, toasty notes with a crisp firm finish.

The colour deep red with a purple hue, vibrant dark & blue fruits, pepper and graphite, fragrant violets with subtle savoury oak, perfectly balanced palate of dark fruits and layered spice. Fine seamlessly integrated oak tannin with fresh acidity driving the palate.

SHIRAZ
2022

Lifted aromas of brambled fruit, graphite, pepper and spice with hints of sweet oak. Perfectly balanced palate of blue fruits, dark chocolate and layered spice, the tannins are firm but chewy and supported by subtle toasty oak. A fuller bodied, elegant style of Shiraz with a long persistent finish.

The wine displays vibrant plum, subtle clove and spice with hints of savoury oak. A firm structured palate of red fruits, spice and savouriness with hints of graphite. Firm well integrated tannins supported by subtle savoury chocolaty oak. Medium bodied Shiraz with a complex fruit profile and a firm structured finish.
